RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to feel confident when shopping with KISS BY NIGHT.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions described below.

To request a return, please contact us at info@kissbynight.com before sending any item back. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send products back to the address shown on the original parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging where applicable.

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once their protective seal or hygiene seal has been removed or broken after delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@kissbynight.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Where you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be handled within the time limits required by applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, where permitted by law.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@kissbynight.com. If your order has already entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return procedure will apply.
