At KISS BY NIGHT, we are pleased to offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders to supported destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Europe: approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Other international destinations: delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local carrier and customs processing.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, public holidays, local postal services, weather conditions, high shipping volumes or other circumstances outside our control.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Standard shipping is FREE on all orders to supported destinations.

No standard shipping fee will be added to your order at checkout.

Some remote locations or destinations may not be available for delivery. If we are unable to ship your order to the address provided, we will contact you and issue an appropriate refund.

International Orders, Customs & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, VAT, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless such charges are explicitly shown as included at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Packages

Items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this happens, your order may arrive in more than one package and on different dates. You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional costs associated with reshipping the order may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos or information.

We will investigate the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
